Whether you are an enterprise client or a candidate in our network, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
- Candidates must not submit fabricated credentials, misleading employment histories, or false compensation data.
- Employers must provide accurate representations of the roles they are looking to fill and honor the confidentiality of the candidates presented to them.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its original content, features, functionalities, and design elements (including the Heaven Pro logo, brand assets, and proprietary vetting methodologies) are owned by Heaven Pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Heaven Pro, nor its directors, employees, partners, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the Site or our preliminary recruitment services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Surat, Gujarat.
