The Mandate

Our partner is a rapidly scaling, Series B FinTech infrastructure company backed by tier-one venture capital. They are seeking a visionary VP of Engineering to lead their globally distributed team, scale their core transaction engine, and navigate the technical complexities of moving from a monolithic architecture to a high-throughput microservices environment.

The Impact You Will Make

• Scale the Organization: Grow the engineering team from 40 to 100+ over the next 18 months, fostering a culture of high ownership and technical excellence.
• Architectural Vision: Lead the technical strategy, transitioning legacy systems to a highly scalable, compliant, and secure architecture.
• Executive Leadership: Serve as a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the CEO, and translating business objectives into technical execution.

The DNA We Are Looking For

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years managing managers (Directors/VPs) in a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record of scaling distributed systems in highly regulated industries (FinTech, InsurTech, HealthTech).
• A "Builder" mentality—you are comfortable in ambiguity and possess the psychological resilience to lead a company through hyper-growth.

The Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $200,000 - $250,000 USD.
• Aggressive early-stage equity package.
